General Information

a) The exhibition will be held at foyer area in Shangri-La Hotel from 23 - 25 May 2012 between 9.00 am-5.00 pm
b) 27 stands will be alloted on a first-come-first-served basis.
c) A standard shell scheme stand comprises of floor space, walls, carpet. lighting, an upright chair, one information desk and fascia only.
d) The last date for cancellation is 25 April 2012 for which 50% of booking shall be refunded. No refund shall be made for cancellation after 25 April 2012.
e) General security will be provided, however, the organiser will not be responsible for any damage/loss of property kept in the stand during the duration of exhibition.
f) Exhibits and equipment are brought into the building at the exhibitor’s risk.
g) The setting-up and moving in will commence from 10.00 am onwards on 22 May 2012.
h) The appointed contractor for furniture, accessories, installation and refrigeration equipment (chiller, freezer etc) is M/S Kingsmen C.M.T.I Co Ltd. For further enquiries, please contact:

j) The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the site layout, floor plan and other details as it considers fit in the overall interest of the TUNA 2012 exhibition.
